Stumbled across this cozy family restaurant with kind staff! They really care about what they do, and tentatively checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is all decorated for Halloween I ordered the eggs Benedict highly recommend

My wife has mentioned going to this restaurant many times. I was never around that area of town when the restaurant was open. Finally, we were able to pop in and experience their food. First impression walking in the door: quiet, relaxed and inviting. No music blasting, no area where the sun is blinding you, no cramped area where you have to maneuver your way into your chair and ample space to have a intimate conversation. With that ambience, picking up the menu indicated a wide range of breakfast choices. Pricing was middle of the road; not too high, not very low. The waitress who served us was amazingly sweet, kind and enthusiastic. (That's something you rarely seem to find these days.) I ordered the two eggs, sausages and my wife ordered the one egg and bacon. When the order arrived, I had beautifully bronzed thick toast, beans, nicely grilled potatoes, and four large sausages. My wife's bacon was nice and crispy as she likes it. The coffee was quite acceptable too. For those wishing to experience a serene, slower-paced atmosphere and a decent amount of food for your money, I highly recommend this out-of-the-way restaurant.

Out-of-towners looking for a place to eat ... Google brought us here - DELICIOUS! Don't let the area deter you. Food was great, service was friendly - would definitely go back.
