My screen was cracked, and not responsive. I dropped off my Samsung in the morning, and it was fixed with a new screen by the afternoon. Very impressed, would recommend highly.

A bit disappointed, my partner took in my iPhone to get the screen repaired as I had dropped it during a run ($120 replacement for an SE). They replaced it extremely quickly, however now my back camera and my phone torch no longer works..think it may have been reassembled incorrectly. We were also told we would receive a 1 year warranty via email which we have not received either, and have not had a reply via email and the phone number provided does not work. Otherwise it was great in that they provided the service quickly, just a shame the phone is not fully operational now and no warranty received.
