Jeffrey helped me track down a package that went missing due to my provider's miscommunication - no fault of Swift nor their excellent staff. Swift's CSR was, indeed, quick to respond and help my urgent business concern. He pointed out critical information and updated all required systems to help ensure a smooth experience. First time I have had a delivery from Swift and I had excellent service! I live in a rural area and for some reason, FedEx can never find me. No problem for Swift though! My delivery was on time and I had courteous, professional service from the driver, Adrian, who is a super nice guy with a hilarious sense of humour. I cannot be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
