This review is being written by the husband of a customer of this business. Although all the other reviews are positive, my wife had one of the worst experiences receiving Botox. From the beginning of my appointment the staff member, Sammy, was pressuring her to get more units and go big, or go home. My wife was hesitant and discussed with Sammy at length her apprehension, but Sammy would not taking her concerns into account, and seemed that she just wanted to make money, not keep a customer who has experience in getting Botox. To put this in the proper context, my wife is not someone who spends on herself and tries to put others first. This is one of the few pleasures she takes for herself. This staff members technique was very different from what my wife had before from this business. She voiced her concern about this, and once again, was brushed off by this nurse. She injected near her hairline, which my wife did not want, and seemed that she just was trying to give my wife's eyes a lift to counteract the eye drop she had gotten from previous injections at another business. My wife told me that she thought during the appointment that she should stop it and leave. It is now a week out and she is starting to get new wrinkle lines where she has not had them before. She called and talked with the scheduler and got even more bad customer service. Once meeting with the owner, she described her appointment and the events previously described here. She assumed that this would fix the problem but little did she know the owner would not listen to anything she said and actually just to make her feel like a liar and that she had misunderstood everything she was told by the nurse. Sammy had falsified the record and put a different amount of units used and in her notes made it seem that my wife had agreed to everything. I am a nurse myself and I know the legality of falsifying records. When my wife explained to the owner the actual conversation as it went all she got in return was that she was wrong and what do she want her to do about it? The owner never apologized or took any responsibility for what her employee did. The owner took her employee's lies as truth, and my wife as a person trying to pull a fast one. My wife just wanted resolution and the owner wanted her to feel like she was trying to scam her. She left there even more upset than when she went in and nothing was fixed. If you still choose to give this place your business I would recommend going with Samantha, she is a true professional and someone my wife really liked. The owner and Sammy just want to fleece you to pay for her pink Porsche she parks out front.

Sweet Tox is a beautiful salon to have any cosmetic procedure done. From the time you step in, everyone is welcoming. The space is so clean and organized! The coffee is delicious. Samantha is so knowledgable and passionate about her craft. I won't let anyone else near my face! She is honestly the best of the best.

My first appointment completely blew me away. The atmosphere was welcoming, cozy, clean and Barbie dream house meets sorority. I could hang out in the waiting room all day. They offer coffee from their own coffee bar! I saw Jamie and she is such a sweetheart. Made sure all my questions were answered and I didn’t have many since she was so well educated and gave me all the information I needed up front. I can’t wait to see the results😊
