Therese O'ConnorI visited Three Lives back in 2021 so things could have changed since then but when I went the staff were so kind and knowledgeable about all of their books - the selection was really well-curated, the layout and building were beautiful, and it’s definitely my favorite bookstore I’ve ever visited in all of my travels. I bought 2 books and one of their beautiful tote bags but unfortunately everything was stolen which is a huge bummer but hey, that gives me a reason to go back!

I’m impressed they can get so much variety in their little shop! One staff member was also kind enough to recommend a coffee shop/ florist around the corner that was a perfect sunny spot to read and enjoy my new book! A wonderful experience all around!

Dean VarsosA lovely book store in a very beautiful location. Its plentiful selection offers options to all types of readers and interests. As a history reader, I found a particular book that peaked my interest, titled “The Island at the Center of the World” by Russell Shorto, which is the story of Dutch Manhattan before it was seized by the British in 1664. A very compelling read so far. In addition, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great all around experience.
