We book a spinning class to celebrate a friend's birthday, she did ask for "The most Fun group class experience" and Sweat and Tonic was on top of the list. We had Javier class on Saturday at noon and it was AMAZING. The staff organized everything a month or so before and everything was perfect since we arrived, the last great touch were the most delicious smoothies ever after class!! 1000 % recommended 👌

It was my first time taking a yoga class at S&T, and I’m so happy it was with Sean! She has such a clear way of guiding the vinyasa flow, which was very well crafted and suitable for all levels. Rachel Crumb is amazing! i recently took a HIIT class with Rachel, this is my second time with her now, and it was fantastic! she brought such a great energy to the workout, and she really keeps me motivated during the class. her instructions were clear, and made sure the class was engaging and challenging. if you’re looking for an instructor who knows how to get results while making the workout fun, i highly recommend her!
