To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of transparency; they actually send you a digital summary with photos of what they find, which makes a huge difference. I’ve felt like a victim at other shops before, but here they specifically told me which repairs could wait another six months. The only minor thing was the wait for an appointment because they’re always swamped, but the Uber service they offered made the logistics so much easier.

Bargav VisuThey provided a detailed analysis of the car that needs replacement, which was good—most auto shops don’t. I had my car serviced for front rotors, rear rotors, control arms, and tire change. They did a good job. But the bill included a charge for the tire swap. They should have included the tire swap at no extra cost, since the tires are removed anyway for the rotor replacement. Canadian Tire usually does this for free.
