Samay AlvarezWe did not have a good experience. The cost of shipping was fine, but even though we gave them all the invoices an item was lost and eventually found. They stored the merchandise while looking for the lost lamp. Poor communication and will never use them again . Not recommended. Look for other avenues

Serenity B.Branding themselves as Women Owned is irrelevant if they lack empathy and common courtesy. They lost an insured envelope and blamed it on USPS even though USPS tracking shows it was delivered. Caught between USPS and Carga Tica, I wasnt sure who to believe until I had to go through Carga Tica's Customer Service Support. I guess they thought the best way to show support was to ignore my emails and send snippy responses via WhatsApp. USPS won't approve my insurance claim because they have proof they delivered and CargaTica can't prove they DIDN'T deliver it. I'm the one with a lost package and is out of the insurance money and THEY'RE catching an attitude?! Their inadequate Customer Service made the whole experience even more frustrating. I don't reccomend them for transporting anything valuable.
Fonzy and Son! MartinezVery very bad company. I have done 2 shipments with them and both went really bad. They tell you one price and at the end you have to pay triple that price even if you ask for DDP. I would not recommend to no one. There is so many other company that ship to Costa Rica try others before this company
