I was part of a training batch at SSH but unfortunately didn’t succeed. However, one thing I’ve learned is that SSH always welcomes talent, especially freshers, and encourages them to begin their journey with the company. From my experience in these 10 days of training, and as a fresher in the industry, I’ve observed that success in the training on key elements like understanding the 24-hour clock format, proper UK time pronunciation, and having strong communication skills, both speaking and listening. Some trainees, like me, may struggle due to overconfidence or difficulty in grasping the training process. It’s common for people to face challenges, but what I’ve seen is that those who succeed are the ones who learn from their mistakes and keep moving forward. Unfortunately, some may shift the blame to others instead of taking responsibility for their learning gaps. Our trainer made maximum effort to ensure that all trainees had the opportunity to graduate. However, we were left behind due to our own shortcomings and gaps in understanding. Witnessing SSH’s growth from just one employee to over 600, with two site offices in Lahore, has been a fulfilling journey. This success is a testament to the company’s commitment to its employees. However, it’s disheartening to see that some individuals, after failing, can become disrespectful or mean-spirited toward others. I’ve observed how some people, rather than owning up to their lack of skills and communication, choose to criticize the system or others, instead of focusing on self-improvement. So highly recommended for those are smart and quick learner ....
My experience at this BPO center was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From the very start, they wasted 10 consecutive days of my time without offering any payment. This not only felt disrespectful but also showed a lack of regard for the trainees' efforts. The graduation criteria were utterly unrealistic and unfair, making it extremely challenging for anyone to succeed. It seemed as though they were more interested in failing trainees rather than supporting their progress. The trainers were highly unprofessional and lacked proper knowledge of the material they were supposed to teach. One trainer, Omar Pasha, stood out for his lack of preparation and inability to provide clear guidance. To make matters worse, every trainer gave conflicting information, which left trainees confused and unprepared for the final evaluation. Even the facilities were subpar. The cafeteria was entirely useless, failing to meet even the most basic standards for comfort and utility. Overall, this was my first experience at a BPO center, and it turned out to be the worst useless place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Worst ever experience to work with ssh. Unprofessional trainers. They told you that we are the best but believe me they are the worst. They wasted the time of the people on the name of the training and in the end they hired those who have links or reference.
I have recently joined SSH and feel honored to be the part of this organization, special thanks to hr for smooth transition and Manager ops for their warm welcome...SSH keep shining...🌄
