My 7-year-old daughter had her first ear-piercing experience at Beauty First Spa in Hillcrest Mall, and we couldn’t be happier! Parv, the service provider, was patient and calm throughout the process. She carefully measured and marked both ears to ensure they were even before piercing. The actual piercing was quick and clean — my daughter didn’t even have time to feel the pain before it was done! We had such a pleasant experience and highly recommend Beauty First Spa to anyone looking for a professional and gentle ear-piercing service for their children!

Edit: I received a call from Romika, the store manager to discuss my concern. The customer service was very helpful. I’ve changed my rating to reflect this. I came in for a foreign volume fill as I get my lashes done out of the country. We started on time and had a quick consult. The appointment was comfortable enough. There was a few attempts of sales pitching (a lash serum that’s $70) and asked if I wanted a brow or lip wax as well. The results looked great. Exactly what I wanted in terms of shape and density. I was impressed by the lash fans as well, they were done very well. However, the retention of the lashes is the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I brushed through them that night, so many lashes came out as if they weren’t even glued on properly. After 24 hours, half of them had come out. I’ve had lash extensions for over 10 years so I’m familiar with after care but I’ve never experienced such terrible retention. I’m not sure if it’s the glue or technique issue (not enough glue, not holding them in place long enough). In the photo, the lash fans aren’t shedding with my natural lashes, indicating poor application and retention. I reached out to their instagram to give feedback, only to be ghosted without an apology or resolution. At this time, I do not recommend this location for any lash services.
