Where do I even begin about how absolutely AMAZING Superior Group Roofing and Design is as well as our phenomenal salesman Sam ! From day one when we met Sam everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Sam communicated with us about everything from start to finish, explained in detail the process as well as the latest updates/changes to the roofing industry and along the process we just felt like Sam and Superior Group Roofing became part of our extended family. Sam handled everything for us with our insurance company from start to finish, which was a TREMENDOUS help since I have been in a breast cancer battle. We started this process after my 1st surgery and I was just starting my radiation when they were taking off the old damaged roof and putting on the new one. Sam explained this to his team and they were so unbelievably respectful of not just our home/property but of what we are going through and had the roof completely done in a few hours. Sam went the distance to make sure all of our questions were answered instantly as well as checking on us to make sure we were doing ok and things were going well for us. He also explained our “battle” to his boss Brian who was also an enormous blessing to us during all of this. The entire roofing team was professional, not loud, mindful of our property and cleaned up everything including in our gardens before they left.
