If you want a basic room this is place. Bed hot shower and TV. Room 128. I cleaned everything. I cleaned the walls the floor and Lysol bathroom and everything.. I bought my own towels and soap. There is a water leak above refrigerator. Light quit working. Do leak this must fix this. Expect no house cleaning. Bring your own stuff. It is in good location. Close to Churchill down and city and bourbon trail. I didn’t feel comfortable there lot of noise at night. I recommend to keep air conditioning on keep the odor out of room it cools the room. When cleaning I found a big bug.. I replaced the sheets bought bed bugs spray sprayed the mattress and sheets and pillows. I sprayed whole room for roaches .. no problems …basic room …..!expect no service.. strongly recommend red roof company inspect hotel it needs serious work

This place was awesome. Amazing front desk workers who were extremely helpful. The roaches in the toilet but it was fine. The shower was awesome and nice quality. My folks that I worked with liked the area in the room because it had space. I would recommend for family vacation type of place. Amazing work!

For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness! They've refurbished one wing and the room I had (131) was clean, bright and the right location. Yes, the "kitchenette" was dated and the handle on the microwave was broken but everything worked. If I find myself back in Louisville, I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Room dirty, floor sticky. There was a bra left under the sink by the previous customer. Only hot water coming out of pipes and black and dark particles in the water, making the water dirty. Not good even for shower. Plus the sheets were dirty with long hair on them. Sheets have not been changed. Not a place for family.
