Amazing customer experience. Due to the Canada post strike, my products were stuck on delivery and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and delivered what i had ordered. I liked them before this and now even more. They have great quality products, very knowledgeable and friendly if you have questions. I've been buying here for months since i found they delivered to Quebec and they have a customer for life. Best vape shop in Canada, i can't recommend them enough. Supa is simply a great place to buy your vape products.

Ordered online. Items didn't ship for a week. Was given the run around, had to request a refund 4 separate times. Edit: Response to owner: I noticed how you didn't mention my half dozen emails which were ignored for a week. Its quite comical that instead of actually providing good service you'd prefer to harass people who post openly and honestly about the service they received. You only get one chance to make a first impression. I choose to support buisnesses that actually respond to emails within a week.
