I contacted this shop about a custom hat I wanted made. They said it would be no problem. I dropped off my hat and they told me two weeks. Well on the two week mark they contacted me to let me know the hat got messed up. They apologized endlessly and asked me to bring another hat in which I did and they tried again. Second one turned out way better than the first but still not perfect which happens with these types of machines. Overall their communication and customer service over the matter was amazing!

Extremely disappointed with the outcome of our kids school uniform jackets. Sunshine Embroidery came highly recommended from the Space Coast Mom Facebook page. I brought my kids school uniform jackets in to be embroidered with their names. I went over exactly what I wanted, colors, fonts, location and layout. I returned 2 weeks later to pick them up and they had done 4 of the 5 jackets wrong. I asked if they could correct them for what I had asked for, without damaging the fabric, and they said they "should" be able to. When I arrived they tried to ignore the fact they had ended up ruining 2 of the jackets leaving holes around the embroidery. These jackets were almost $100 to purchase and came special from the schools uniform store that is only online with select summer days they sell things. Now we are 5 days from the 1st day of school and 2 of the jackets have clear holes. They refunded me for the embroidery cost that I paid, but that means nothing when it will cost $100 to replace the jackets they ruined.

I spent money on hats and the first set of hats were worse than this yet one of the employees let me pay and leave knowing they were extremely poor quality. I called back and she offered to redo. I had to spend more money and buy hats only to wait another 2 weeks and get these with clinching threads and crooked logo parts. I was going to ask for a refund but I am just so tired of long waits and bad results. I tried to give them a chance because the first hats that I ever got were good. THEN, THIS. I'm sad because one of the owners is really nice but this was so disappointing and I can't see myself ever returning.
