I cannot say enough great things about Petpal. I have two big dogs and their day care services has literally improved my life! haha. You can vividly see that they have a caring team who genuinely love what they do. They took the time to get to know my dogs personality, routine, and quirks which is something you don’t find everywhere. What stood out the most is how safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed the space is. There’s plenty of room to play for the doggies. The staff sends updates throughout the day via social media, with photos and notes and they always pick up the phone (so rare these days) that give complete peace of mind. It’s clear they don’t just watch dogs, they engage with them. My dogs come home happy, calm, and pleasantly tired from a full day of fun and stimulation. Also, they practically pull me through the door every time we're headed there, which tells me everything I need to know. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family, Petpal is the one. I trust them completely, and I’m so grateful to have found such a dedicated and loving team. I had such a great experience with this groomer and daycare! The were so friendly and professional, and they took amazing care of my dog Mocha. He felt comfortable right away, and when I picked him up, he not only looked fantastic but was so happy and relaxed. It’s such a relief to know he is in such good hands. Highly recommend! You can see from the before-and-after photos how great he looks!

I recently attended a Halloween celebration organized by Pet Pal Care, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, our furry friends were greeted with delightful little gifts, setting a joyful tone for the event. Inside, there was an array of treats for pet owners, including a delicious buffet with croissants, great coffee, and an assortment of sweets. What made the event truly exclusive was the chance for everyone to fill out forms for a chance to win bonuses at the store or tasty goodies for their pets. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with everyone being incredibly friendly. I also loved the charming caricatures available for our pets—such a unique and fun touch! This event not only created wonderful memories but also showcased the caring spirit of Pet Pal Care. Highly recommend them for any pet-related events!
