This is one of the few car dealers in New York City I trust.They are transparent, professional, honest, and willing to negotiate. I recently purchased a car from them and from the time I went into this car dealership to the time I left driving the car I bought there it took me less than 48 hours. The car they sold me was exactly what they described. I can't give more than five stars. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Last week we had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Sunrise Chevy. Our salesman Ray was amazing! We went in to get my grandmother a solid used car. He took the time to listen to her request (the many she had) lol. He created a solid list based on that and then took the time to walk us through each option. At one point he even took us to the bank so that we didn’t have to cross the street, as my grandmother can’t really walk long distances. Ultimately we ended up finding a car that was the exact model of the one she was replacing just an updated version 2022 Chevy Equinox! I can’t thank Ray enough for his help! Please, please, please if you are looking for a GO HERE! Ask for Ray! (I’ll be seeing them very soon for myself)

I was hesitant to inquire about leasing a car from Chevrolet but now I'm so happy that I did. This is my 5th time leasing a car so far (with other companies) but my sales rep from this location, Elias, has been my best experience yet. He was so patient with me and was always more than willing to jump up and literally show me any and every car I was interested about. Not only did we go upstairs to see the inventory that have there on site, but he also gave us a ride to go check out other cars in Atlas Mall. I was able to test drive the cars in the parking lot and knew I how to make the best choice. Elias endlessly went back and forth to help me get the best deal for my lease. I'm so happy because I adore my car. And now coming in to get my car serviced is such a breeze. My experience was so swift that I had to write this review after just recently getting it serviced again. Ernesto called me to confirm my appointment and after seeing how professional and flexible he was with me; I saved his number. He assured me that I would be able to drop off my car earlier than my appointment and he was there to make sure it all went smoothly. Ernesto is so kind and knowledgeable, that even gave me some side tips about how to best care for my car. I most definitely urge everyone to check this dealership out and to make sure you ask for Elias and Ernesto to help you get the best deal and care for your car. So grateful.

I had a stellar experience purchasing a preowned vehicle from Sunrise Chevy. After totaling my minivan on 3/17, Sunrise Chevy was third dealer to respond to my request. I worked with Daniel over the phone for the entire purchase. He delivers my vehicle that evening and I absolutely love it. This would have been a 5-star review but there was a minor miscommunication after the car was delivered for which each party bears responsibility . Overall everything was smooth. This is my first time buying a vehicle virtually and I would do it again at Sunrise Chevy.
