After a recent hailstorm in Miami, Collin stopped by our neighborhood to check for any roof damage. He offered a free inspection, and even though our roof was only about 15 years old, we decided to let him take a look—better to be safe! Collin spent nearly half an hour carefully checking everything, and then showed us pictures of the hail hits, wind damage, and a few missing shingles. He even went up into our attic to see if there were any leaks starting, which no one else had ever done before. Sure enough, he found a few soft spots in the wood from leaks. Collin explained all our options in simple terms and let us know we could file an insurance claim and just pay the deductible. We got the claim started right away, which was a relief since hurricane season can make things more complicated. Collin handled meeting with the adjuster and took care of all the paperwork, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The new roof looks fantastic, and it feels great knowing our home is protected this hurricane season. We’re even setting up a consultation to talk about solar energy next. Very impressed and grateful for the help!

Collin, Jamie, and Bernard from Citrus County Roofing did an excellent job clearing debris from a section of our roof in Miami, which was causing a leak. They were punctual and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. We noticed a few loose shingles on our roof, and Bernard came out to inspect it, identifying a few additional repairs that were needed. He promptly provided a quote for the work. Jamie took care of the necessary repairs shortly after. We decided to use their services again to replace our old roof and gutters. Bernard, Collin, and the rest of the team upgraded our roofing system with ice melters to address a problem area on our roof. They did an outstanding job with everything.
