I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I recently received a notice about an outstanding balance of $108.00, which is absolutely ridiculous as I never received any notice of renewal via email, mail, or any other form of communication. Moreover, I have never signed up for auto-renewal of my insurance policy. It appears that someone named Swati might have listed it without notifying me, which I believe is what happened. It should be entirely my choice to have insurance each year based on my requirements. I am not obligated by any organization or government entity to maintain insurance. While I understand the desire to retain clients for your insurance services, the method they employed is unacceptable. This is not about the $108.00, but rather the poor business practices they follow. These practices have resulted in losing my business and have prompted me to write this negative review. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service to others.

Aditya, Chris and Swati are an excellent team. I have been working with All Coverage for several years now, and most satisfied with their service and value. I use their services for my personal home, renter's insurance for my daughter's apartment, a professional liability insurance, and business insurance needs.
