Checked in online, got X-rays same day to check for fracture. Got a split and crutches and able to see orthopedics the next day. Really well supported with MyChart and great I get home and start recovering in a timely manner.

I had a horrible first appointment with Dr. Alice Tran at Summit Health Eastside in Bend. She and her nurse wasted 40 minutes of my time asking duplicative questions and not being responsive to my requests for care. Dr. Tran was judgmental, dismissive, condescending, and accusatory. She did not listen to me, and instead spent most of my time lecturing me and saying she did not have time to address my requests, and I would need to return for another appt. She has very low emotional intelligence, zero compassion, and is combative. As a healthy, active, and well-educated woman in my early 60s - I left feeling judged, denigrated, and like I was in poor health. My previous docs have always complimented me on my health and encouraged me to continue my healthy lifestyle. Dr. Tran has zero bedside manner. I will never see her again, and I will request a refund from Summit. Beware!

Summit Health has always earned ALL FIVE STARS in my book. Never had a less-than-wonderful experience--and I've had a LOT of visits in my 20+ years in Central Oregon. Five Stars goes for Urgent Care as well as regularly-scheduled appts. Summit's personnel are second to none!!! "Would bring illness here again." LOL Well done. A+

I would avoid Summit Urgent Care if at all possible. Long wait times and once you get your bill you will see that they are priced well above most providers in town. Even after insurance paid, I still got hit with a $200 bill for a routine visit for a cough and sore throat. They have always been astronomically priced, but I thought that maybe with the rebranding they would start to offer more affordable care. My family will never use them again.

Summit Urgent Health is a medical clinic.
