Christopher PellOur shower power button broke and so we had to stop the shower turning the water main to the shower off. Upon phoning 2nd city Gas Pluming and Heating service, Julie was very helpful and was able to send James out next day first thing. James diagnosed the issue and we knew straight away a new was needed. The earliest appointment they had was after Bank Holiday (understandable). But I managed to find another plumber at similar cost to fit a new shower sooner. Thank you to Julie and James for their great professionalism and being ready to sort us out at their earliest appointment slots. Although we didn't go with them on this occasion, I will definitely look to this company should any further emergencies arise.
