Sales process felt very comfortable and informative. Installers were very helpful in explaining everything and always checking to see if I had any questions. They took care when going in and out of the house and put down carpet protectors. Cleanup was also very good. Overall I had a good experience from start to finish and my house is nice and cool now with a futuristic looking heat pump.
