In our opinion, pharmacy customer service and professionalism has greatly declined in the last few months and we have made the move to transfer to another local pharmacy. I finally have time to leave a review, so that others can take it into consideration when choosing a pharmacy (especially if you have a more complex and/or chronic condition where you require a number of meds on a consistent basis). My husband and I have been having our prescriptions filled by Sullivan's since 2017 and were very happy with their service, especially with kindness and professionalism of their previous pharmacists. I noticed a change in general accuracy/consistency of how my prescriptions were being filled mid-2023 (volumes specifically), but just figured this is normal as I have several and people get busy, eventhough my prescription script has not changed in 2 years. Last December, we received quite rude and dismissive service that we finally decided to continue our relationship with another local pharmacy. Long story short, there were other instances but the one that really was the final straw was one of my crucial meds was being filled differently each time, sometimes I would receive 4 vials or 2 vials with the same script, and I had called to enquire if there is something I can do on my end to rectify the situation so that it is more consistent and I know what I'm getting, and somehow the pharmacy tech I was speaking to, decided to deny the inconsistencies, was gaslighting me about it never happening, made up an excuse that's how my script was written all along (it wasn't) and was so dismissive, with a tone like I'm too dumb to understand. What she didn't realize is that I'm an RN who has worked closely with pharmacists for years. Instead of arguing points and facts I just let it go and decided to take my business elsewhere as there are plenty of other options in the city. If you have something more complex or expect to to be treated in a respectful manner, then I recommend elsewhere. Good luck.
