Masumi did a wonderful job with my hair (Asian black straight long hair), which hadn’t been cut or treated for over a year. I asked for bangs, and she nailed it with such delicate and thoughtful technique. The Korean-style styling afterward was lovely, even though I didn’t explain my expectations very clearly—it actually inspired my own go-to styling!
