I have been meaning to send a message ever since my appointment there. I wanted to let you know that the experience that I had with Katie Twohig was the best I have ever had . Not only was the appointment itself a great experience due to Katie's knowledge, expertise and her respectful way...but also the result was amazing. I had been in so much pain and I had tried a number of different things before I went into the clinic and finally while I was in Victoria visiting my daughter I just could not take it any more and that is why I went in. After looking on line and trying to judge who would be the best choice and also available short notice, I made an appointment. Katie spent 90 minutes with me and like I said by the next day the effect was amazing. I just wish I could have had some follow up appointments to keep it up but unfortunately I live too far away. I will definitely book again when I am in town and when I move there ... Thank you Aaron Leslie

I have had such bad experiences with chiropractors but Dr. Ken was so insightful and helpful, actually explaining my issues to me, giving me remedies and relief! I have seen a lot of acupuncturists as well, and Dong seriously tops them all, I have never had such positive results from each session. He’s very skilled and knowledgeable in medicine and gave me really good insight on meditation and lifestyle. Can’t thank them both enough for how much they have helped me. Also Vanessa at the front desk is lovely. Highly recommend to anyone who needs somatic therapy in Vic.

I met with Caroline yesterday for acupuncture and she truly went above and beyond. She sat me down for my consultation and was so engaged in listening to the struggles I was experiencing. She made me feel like such a priority, and even extended our time together so that she could offer me a TCM massage, and did cupping as well... needless to say, I am so thrilled to continue my healing at Remedy thanks to their lovely staff.
