Cristis Wednesday morning flow was perfect! So great for elongating and strengthening the spine, I LOVED the balance poses she added to the practice, the sequences weren't too exhausting but still built up a little sweat, really great for the shoulders too! This was my first class, I will definitely be back. The lobby of the space has a very good vibe as well with a lounge area which I really appreciate for building community 🙏

Bought 3 classes and each one I attended was different, but all the instructors were nice.There are mats you can rent out, and there are blocks, knee pads, and straps available for use during class. The room is smaller than what I've been to before, so with a full class it can be pretty packed. Parking can be a challenge because it's downtown but overall would recommend this place.

I’ve been doing drop ins at this studio for over a year. I recently went to a Friday evening flow/restore class with Margo as the instructor and just loved it so much I decided to do monthly unlimited. I’ve enjoyed every class and love the laid back atmosphere. It’s a no pressure kind of studio.

Dropped in to Grace's power and yin class while visiting the area and loved it! I was sore for days! 😁😁 Great studio, great teacher and staff . Great location with plenty to do around the area. Will definitely visit again.
