Hello, My name is Claudia Cortez I have made several attempts to come to a resolution and get support from not only the employee that I made my initial purchase with but as well as the manager and someone from corporate. Regarding an order that I made for a kitchen island along with cabinets. I relied on the expertise of one of your employees. When she sent over the template she assured me with the design that was sent over would be more spacious. I understand that I am liable for the items that were ordered. I never once stated I was not responsible for paying. I was simply asking if anything could be done regarding the amount that has to be paid because it is extremely high and on top of that I have to order additional items to fit my kitchen space. I am extremely disappointed with the way we have been treated I have never received such horrible customer service. Nor have I been treated as though my opinion did not matter based off of my race. When we spoke with Edyta her demeanor when speaking to us was very disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer to your company I’ve also purchased all of my windows from you and I have always spoken highly in regards to this company, but in light of the recent events I am truly saddened by the lack of support I have received. I am reaching out to see if anything can be done in regard to the amount that has to be paid. If you can please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you

I purchased my pantry from Studio 41, I was pleased with how they solve problems. Gloria reached out the same day to their manufacture plus referred me to the manage Joanna whom sent Martin out and resolved everything. I am very satisfied with how they solved problem in a timely fashion.
