One of the best Gym in Lasalle, JAMEL is such a great person who getting me help to start the Gym membership. I am recommended to this Gym because Environment and all the staff for the gym is very good and all equipments are always upto date and the no need to wait to perform on any machine or other equipment because all the equipment are in huge quantity and the Gym is loaded with all kinds of latest equipment too. Neat and clean place. Every small thing is taken care of in the gym and it is completely maintained No words. Thanks

I've been going to this gym for almost a year now, and overall, it's a solid spot. There's a great variety of machines. That said, I'm relieved they're finally starting to renovate and modernize - especially the locker rooms, they were honestly getting pitiful and old. It was noticeable it was overdue, I hope more changes are coming to continue improving the space. It's also unfortune you have to walk across the entire gym to get to the locker rooms, which feels awkward especially during busy hours. Still, the lounge area and the bar are great additions to make the space feel a bit more welcoming. If they keep improving the facilities like they are now, this place could go from “good” to “great” in no time.

Beautiful looking gym. Super proper and esthetically pleasing design. You can tell that there is alot of hardwork, thought and care that goes into this gym. Very friendly and has a lovely atmosphere. Has a wide variety of equipment. Worth every penny ! Surrounded by greatness will take u further & prestige does tht:) I train with Amina who is a superb coach :) no regrets!
