ehab faouriDisappointing and Unprofessional Experience I have stayed at Canada’s Best Value Inn Toronto many times and was always a regular customer, but my last experience was extremely disappointing. I was delayed about 15 minutes past checkout, and instead of handling it professionally, the staff member (Maria) was rude and unhelpful. I was also charged $100 for alleged smoking in the room, which is completely untrue. I did not smoke in the room at all — I only threw an ashtray from my car into the garbage. There was no odor, no damage, and no proof to justify this charge. What made the situation worse was that when I tried to calmly explain myself, the staff member ended the call while I was still speaking, which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional. As someone who stays at this hotel regularly, I expected better customer service and fair treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider staying here again.

The rooms in the annex are not yet renovated but are very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the highway and a road, and the noise level in the central area of ​​the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Daily housekeeping service, free snacks, and coffee in the lobby are available. We highly recommend it.
