I got my nails done here with a friend, and I’m very disappointed. Just three days later, my nails started lifting and breaking one by one. They cracked so badly that I lost both the length and shape — now they’re broken down to the skin. I didn’t return for a fix because my friend did, and her nails kept breaking even after the redo. Clearly, the issue is with the technique or materials. It’s been two weeks and my nails still look terrible. I had to go to a different salon to fix the damage. Very upsetting experience.

I have come to this salon 3 times now, and I honestly haven't even thought about going to another one. This salon always has the best service, and the kindest stylists. I love the aesthetic of the whole salon, the ambience is so calming and relaxed, the stylists are welcoming and wonderful. I have never had a problem with the salon or the people who work there. They are incredibly sanitary. I came with a reference photo of the nails I wanted and the nail tech NEVER fails to give me exactly the look I'm going for.

Ivy did a full set of gel-x for me and it was even better than what I imagined and what I asked for. She put a lot of care into the nail prep and made sure that each nail tip fit my nail bed perfectly. She is my go-to nail tech because of her wonderful designs and her experience in nail art. She literally can do any design that I ask. My nails last the longest whenever I get them done by her. I trust her fully with my nails, more than any other nail tech!!

Got a gel manicure with Lindsay and it is perfect! Has lasted 3 weeks without chipping. And this includes an extended backcountry ski trip where I’m not so gentle with my hands. I’ve gotten so many compliments, its fun to flash my manicure on top of mountains. Would highly recommend Studio 16.
