If I could pick a word to encompass everything about Jeremy, it would be honest: honest about how the market is looking, timeline expectations, properties we were looking at, and many other things. When viewing properties, Jeremy was able to get us to think realistically about them in ways I wasn't giving much thought to, such as floor plans, possible furniture arrangements, lighting, and more. That only made me feel all the more confident when we found a place that checked all the boxes. Both Jeremy and Ginger were great with communication and I never felt in the dark about where we were in the process. His experience as a contractor led us to getting an additional inspection on a sump pump which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. Jeremy was referred to me and I will be referring him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.
