Reena OmarI came to strive dental about 2 and half weeks ago. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Saran at Strive Dental. I initially came in for a root canal but was met with unprofessional treatment. No rubber dam was used, which resulted in a severe injury from biting while numb. Despite being in significant pain and tears during the procedure, Dr. Saran dismissed it as nervousness and even pretended to drill without touching my tooth to “test” my pain, which was deeply concerning and very inappropriate. When I couldn’t proceed due to the pain, she offered either a temporary or permanent filling. I relied on her judgment, and she chose a permanent filling, advising me to “wait and see” if I still needed a root canal—an approach my new dentist confirmed was completely inappropriate. she didn’t adjust my bite at all after the filling, that I couldn’t chew on either side because of how high the filling was . I came in a couple days after to adjust the bite. I eventually sought treatment from a different dentist, who performed a proper root canal professionally and painlessly. I paid $319 for poor judgment and unnecessary filling treatment that left me in pain for a good couple of weeks at Strive Dental, and I strongly urge others to avoid this clinic ( can’t speak about other dentists at this clinic) The only good experience I had is with the nice reception staff. I would appreciate a full refund for this distressing experience. Update ***** Owner was able to make it right which I really appreciate! !!!
