Horrible experience. I went to this Salon around 4 weeks before to get the highlights done and showed this hair stylist whose name is Jessica a picture for the reference purpose, she had the same highlights before and I told her that I want the same like yours and she ageeed upon. She advised me that we can have a patch test on my hair as well to get a proper idea about what kind of shade gonna appear on my hair. When the patch test came, she was more excited than me and said it came out superb and let’s book another appointment for the highlights now and I did. Yesterday, I went to this salon and was super excited to see my blonde highlights and roots touch up (which she promised to me). When all foiling was done on my hair after an hour or so she began to check how the shade is coming up by opening the foils and then when she checked the left side of my hair she looked little nervous and told me that you might have used boxed color before but not to worry as this part of your hair might not be super light as compared to the other parts. The first thing I told her was that I never used box color anywhere except above the forehead (just at the front) because I only had greys at that part of my hair before and that too twice when I was pregnant. However, I was okay because she said it might be just little bit darker as compared to the other highlights that she was doing. So, I was okay with it. However, when the result came, I was shocked and very very disappointed. It was not even one percent closed to the shade I clearly showed her and she promised me too. My before hair color was way lighter than the one she did after wasting my 4 hours at the salon. Beside this, the grey hair were still there and I showed her and the other lady at the salon as well. She was only saying that it is due to the box color. Being a professional hair stylist, she should have talked about the box color thing before the process not after. But they are not accepting it and only blaming my hair texture. Wow!! She then booked me an another appointment to cover my grey hair that she forgot to cover during this session and said she gonna try to make my hair lighter during my next session and said that I have to pay full amount for this poor service even though I was not satisfied at all. I paid in full and left disappointed. And today she messaged me that she gonna refund me $100 out of $188 and she is cancelling the appointment as she is still not sure about the blonde/lighter shade that I wanted before and that she promised to me before. My concern is, I have got a completely different color that I never asked for, greys not covered fully and I paid a lot more than what she refunded me back apart from the time that I wasted. This is not acceptable at all.

Sarah did amazing on my hair as always! Partial highlights and a trim and I am looking brand new. The salon always has very welcoming vibes and is tidy which makes the whole experience of my appointment extra enjoyable <3

I got my hair done by Katie Macleod. She took me from bleach blonde to a dimensional more natural lived in color. After a few washes it still looks amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and understood what I was wanting. I’m so happy with it :)
