I recently visited Stow Dental and received my cleaning from Katie, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Although she was not the primary dentist, Katie provided exceptional care throughout my appointment. She was warm, patient, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring I felt comfortable made a big difference. I highly recommend requesting Katie, she is an outstanding hygienist and a great asset to the office.

Excited to go to the dentist! This review is coming 6 months after my last appointment. I had a cleaning and two cavities filled and they did a Fantastic job! Quick, expert work, professional consult, it was all just very well done. The office staff is also pleasant to talk with and make the whole experience enjoyable. It's time to get another cleaning and I'm honestly looking forward to it! How many people can say that about their dentist?

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Both times I went in I experienced an issue. Today I went in for a routine cleaning and the dentist was not there, only the hygienist. Apparently the dentist had left early, which was not communicated to me ahead of time. A dentist appointment ALWAYS includes both the hygienist and the dentist! The dentist's absence needed to have been communicated to me ahead of time so I could have rescheduled. This was extremely inconsiderate of my time--why should I have to come in two times for what should have been done in one appointment? I will say, however, that the hygienist I saw today, Brenda, was very friendly and helpful. Something similar happened during my first appointment as well. They were going to have me come back a second time because the dentist that originally was going to see me was not there; after I complained, however, I was able to see another dentist that day. I would not recommend this place at all!
