Customer experiences
We rented a home from this company & were very happy with everyone. Scott was punctual and friendly. We had to pay alittle money when we moved out due to damages. Even with that I felt everything was very fair. There were no miscommunications and my family and I are very grateful for this company
Terrible and scattered company Do not recommend even talking with them. Most likely a scam as they said they would work with my credit and then after taking my application fee they told me I didn’t make it due to credit score even tho I told them my exact credit score before the application and fee were turned in. They are probably running a scam collecting application fees, highly recommend you stay away.
Well, how do you give negative stars. Currently, renting at a condo that is "operated" by Scott for a private owner. My wife an I were given notice because of contractual misunderstanding. I read the email and tried to call to talk over the situation using the phone number He provide. And, sent an email asking for a call, Nothing for About a week. I wasn't contacted by the office. No. The handy man told me that the number given didn't work. While considering option given: get rid of our new puppy, pay another $1000.00 dollars on top of the already paid dog deposit. Or ..."consider this your 30 day notice." as we were told. The Issue was corrected, sad to say ;9( But, during this situation my wife and I have been living without a/c for about month now. Three plus weeks with little consideration. Can't go into the whole situation, too long. Let's just say. During the last two heat waves have been horrible. Scott, when someone calls and emails you asking for a call, please be professional enough to respond. Let's see if he responds to this posting. Very sad, having to resort to this method for proper consideration. Update: Now thinking about A/C situation: 4th week. Update: Now end of 4th week
Fraudsters, I think. They take money for applications. They bring people in crowds and tell everyone that they have a good chance of renting, take the money and do not rent anything out. It is much more profitable for them to take money for an application than to rent out a house.
