Hired this company to do our front steps and sidewalk. They assured us they could put our posts and railings back on afterwards. They took weeks to comeback (after we hounded them) to do the railings. After a failed attempt at drilling into the granite, they tried to GLUE the railings back on and left. The railings literally came off in our hands, nothing was bolted down. We reached out to Thomas, he apologized, said someone would be down to do it correctly. It has been weeks of excuses and no one has showed up. We will now have to buy new railings (since the original ones were cut incorrectly and no longer meet building code requirements) and pay for a professional to install them. In addition, we noticed 3 mistakes in the stone pattern. They did a messy job connecting the sidewalk to the driveway and used bark mulch instead of dirt where the grass meets up to the sidewalk. We were told they would fill in with dirt. First rain washed that out. Stay away from this unreliable company!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, less than 2 months later, I have to change this review. A few of Pat’s claims about the products used in my steps did not hold up. After repeatedly requesting he fix it and his promises to do so, his son informed me that the only way they could guarantee that someone fix the problem was for me to pay him to do other work on my property. The original steps look nice, though not as good as he promised, which is why I’m giving two stars. But, I am exceptionally disappointed. I really thought we had a great find here… ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have hated my front steps for 11 years! They were in fine shape, but just not updated or welcoming. So I decided to get a quote. Just to see. I’m so glad I did! Pat got back to me within minutes, came to see me that same day, and got me a quote within the hour. It was incredibly reasonable and he was able to fit us in right away. He quoted two days for the job, but his team came in at 8:30 and was done at 3:30. And it looks GREAT! I am so SO happy with the work!!!
