⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alonso truly makes Publix a better place. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond with his positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. He’s always friendly, helpful, and makes sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. People like Alonso are the reason Publix has such a great reputation—he makes shopping here an even better experience. Publix is lucky to have him on the team!

I placed an online order for a whole Boar's Head Philly sub . The sub was supposed to include chopped and heated roast beef, cooked onions, green peppers, and mushrooms, all topped with provolone cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I was extremely disappointed. The roast beef was neither chopped nor heated, the mushrooms and peppers were raw, and there was no cheese at all. The entire sub was soggy and unappetizing. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for over 20 years, and this experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.

My closest publix and my favorite store they have a large selection of groceries and its always clean and well organized. Some people criticize deli but i have never had any issues except the waiting line to buy the publix sub sandwiches takes a very long time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

I usually order custom cakes from Publix because we really like the way they taste, but the bakery never follows the instructions. I always take the time to be specific about the colors I want, and every single time, they get it wrong. This isn’t a one-time thing, it happens with every order. It seems like the bakery staff either don’t read or don’t understand the color names not even when on their app shows a photo of the color. Same thing happens if I go to the store. This last time, they tried to fix the mistake by adding two flowers in the correct color after the fact, which honestly just made it more frustrating because it showed me they could get the color right, they just didn’t do it from the start. They did give me a discount, which I appreciate, but the whole point of ordering a custom cake is to get it how you asked for it.
