We brought my dad’s fishing vest here to have the countries he traveled to embroidered on it, hoping to finish it in time for his memorial service. What we expected was skilled work. What we received in addition was kindness, compassion, and something far more meaningful. They added 35 new countries to the vest and put a rush on it so it would be ready exactly when promised. The timing mattered deeply—our visit was only seven days after my dad passed away, and it was an incredibly raw moment, especially for my mom. Thomas, the owner, met my mom with genuine warmth, gave her a hug, and teared up as she openly cried. His compassion was real, and it made an unbearable week a little lighter. The vest turned out beautifully and brought my mom so much happiness during an otherwise heartbreaking time. When I later picked it up on my own, Thomas asked how my mom was doing. When he learned I live out of town and had to return home, he gave me his card for her and told me to have her call him if she needed anything at all. That meant more than he probably realizes. Ish did the embroidery and his work is outstanding. We gave him full creative license, and it couldn’t have turned out better. The craftsmanship is excellent, thoughtful, and precise. You walk in with a job to be done and walk out with friends. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough—not just for their talent, but for the humanity they bring to their work.

I honestly wouldn’t choose any other place to get my custom embroidery done. When I first contacted stitch master they were my first and only place I called. I let Thomas know my situation how I needed my father’s urn to be embroidered and how I was on a dead line. Thomas shared his beautiful story of how his company started and shared that his mother always told him “Do a random act of kindness each day”. It was an honor to know that stitch master isn’t just a company but a company that comes from a place built on love and kindness. Although my order was small and on a deadline Thomas squeezed me in same day. Ish and Thomas immediately helped me with designs and colors where they mocked up everything all in one day. They did there due diligence and had my dad’s urn done within the next day. We are honored and grateful how thoughtful ish and Thomas for being apart of this during this difficult time for our family.
