I was having a hard time finding an embroidery company without min limits in PB county. Came across this place by chance and I am so happy with the results. I went in there on a Monday at 4pm with a request and it was ready by Tuesday 9am. Granted, I did pay the expedited fee, but I didn’t expect such quality service in such a short time. I was Initially informed that it would be ready Wednesday. I can’t wait to come back for other things in the future! I know my boyfriend will love his hats!!

Very disappointed - although the person taking my order was polite and patient, the order I wound up with was not what I asked for. Placement of the embroidery was not what I requested. Solution offered was not helpful - basically offering to redo one of the 2 items to align it to the other - but still not offering to fix BOTH of them to what I actually ordered. Thankfully what I brought in was relatively inexpensive - but it’s not really the point. Total waste of money.
