was having some issues with a dealership and decided to try a lawyer for the first time. Everything was going smooth until the attorney miss laura devine called me back and was very inconsiderate and rude to me. i understood that there was a possibility that there wouldnt be a case because of lack of evidence but the way it was said to me was so insensitive. She told me that i made a bad financial decision and that it was my fault. honestly i figured lawyers fought for you not against you. She told me she didn’t wanna sugarcoat it and i really appreciate that but when she was speaking to me it was demeaning and unprofessional. I never contacted them to get advice on my finances and she just kept repeating how i shouldn’t take out a loan for a vehicle i needed. maybe if i had a different lawyer call me back it would’ve been a better experience but she had no empathy or drive to help me. It was so difficult for me to try to take a chance and get legal action on this company that ruined my car since i’ve never done that but speaking with her is honestly why i don’t do this. she was inconsiderate and it defeated any drive i had to get legal help

Waste of time when they claim they can help, but then they start dragging everything along months and give excuses just to tell me they don't want to spend the time and recorces to help. I get it, lawyers don't want to help fight dealership fraud, even when you have a winning case with plenty of evidence for 8 diffrent incriminating violations amd give them the spacific codes that the dealerahip violated on a silver platter. Why would fiffik law group help you when easy higher paying cases like chasing paramedics is a easier option. Lawyers these days have become lazy and greedy. If fiffik is really confident, please prove me wrong by helping. Unless fifim law group change their minds and build up courage like a good lawyers would, I will say to anyone searching for help to go pick someone else than here.
