I have never been treated so poorly. Shame on you all. (Not the new young lady, as this wasn’t her problem) You kept a dress IN STORE over 60 days, told me I could not pick it up due to “fraudulent charges”. Once I realize I was in fact charged, I was overly kind and asking to at least exchange this. Why would I leave my own purchase there that long? Very unprofessional and rude.
