Excellent sales and service by Craig Uhle. We bought a 24x25 garage from Craig. The design process was easy and the different options are explained in detail. There are several buildings to browse through at the facility. The fact that they pull permits and handle every aspect of the build was a major consideration for us. Thanks for the great building!

Believe the 1 Star reviews. Under contract in early December, was told it would take about four months. It took nearly SIX. Their own quality control man admitted they weren't that busy at the time. (It took a MONTH just to get a start date from the concrete crew. Not to install- just to CONTACT me once permitting was issued and I requested a start date estimate. It takes a MONTH to return a phone call?) Missed start dates due to labor issues, including one no-call, no show. I took off work to be present, as I was home when the concrete was laid and one of the measurements on the footer was off by TWO FEET. *I* had to call and verify county code compliance, etc. They're unreachable at key moments. THEY LEFT OUT THE BUILDING INSULATION. I asked for it, I know I did. I didn't catch that it wasn't specifically mentioned in the plans. Since it wasn't in writing, they didn't care, offer compensation, or attempt to assist with a solution. It's not even a blank on the order form, which seemed odd. You'd think a construction company would think to ask, but they just assumed. IT NEVER CAME UP AGAIN UNTIL I ASKED PART WAY THROUGH CONSTRUCTION. Bolts and screws aren't listed in the order either, but would you leave those out? Speaking of bolts and screws, there were plenty left everywhere around the building on the ground. Site cleanup was minimal if any. There's tons of daylight streaming through the top opening of the roll up door they installed. Since I've been left to figure out insulation on my own, that'll be a fun engineering problem. So yeah- missed time targets, overlooked key building features that will cost thousands extra, and a generally poor customer service/response. I guess the five star reviews had low expectations, but I don't. Oh yeah- the apron their contractor poured to the slab has already cracked.

After several phone calls to try to resolve the issue it has been one excuse and argument after another. The issue is ongoing and we have been trying to resolve with no avail. Extremely unprofessional! The building takes on water through the door first excuse we didn’t install the door but pictures show otherwise then it was our fault due to grading said we hauled in dirt level with the door causing the issue but as you see in the pictures not true. The door was installed without a lip it is level with the concrete it was not raised and they refuse to fix the issue. 1-1/2 years we have been trying to work with them they promise to send some one then the sub contractor of the company calls and yells saying it not their problem. He refuses to come and look also the grey was to be higher but because the workers wanted to finish quickly on a Friday so they cut it short so they could leave at 2:30 their reason was well we have a 2 he drive and we get off at 5. Do not recommend one they get your money they do not stand behind their work
