This is not the first time I have used Services from "Steadfast Plumbing and Drain". Every time Roman was professional and knew his business. His customer oriented approach is second to none as he always followed up with the call the next day to make sure that everything he serviced was working as expected with no issues. Such customer service is priceless. His service prices are very reasonable if not cheaper than most of the quotes I received from others and his knowledge of plumbing is second to none. If you are looking for a plumber, you can't go wrong with Roman.

Roman is a lifesaver! Not only did he come by on short notice, but has been incredibly nice. I did a big mistake and put the pillow in the dryer and it burst, Roman came in and help clean out the vents and pipes as this can be a fire hazard. He didn’t charge exorbitantly, he charged very very reasonably! That was such a relief as I’m on a student budget. I loved his personality, his honesty, his kindness and straightforwardness. And can I say, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly! Thank you Roman!!
