We are a repeat customer. They bailed us out of a bathroom disaster during the COVID shutdown. Now, we need accessibility changes in another bathroom and kitchen cabinets refaced. The bathroom is hard to work in and prior owners made quite a mess. I always get multiple bids (worked in purchasing in the past). Be sure you are comparing apples to apples on cost and warranties. The prices are fair for what they offer. The kitchen refacing material surprised me. I remember the old Sears cardboard thin stuff that covered the cabinets. The materials have really changed. I have solid wood cabinets in a very old house. We need to upgrade and modernize them, not tear out the entire kitchen for cheap cabinets. We also have odd measurements (nonstandard sizes). Their product looks great and will hold up well. They are easy to work with and take time to answer questions too. I have to juggle multiple contractors for some large repairs, and their representatives gave me information, ideas, and resources. It is very helpful to have them share their experience. I met with Paul for the bathroom, and John for the kitchen. We aren't doing it all as one huge project, but they understood. The bath comes first. The kitchen will be done as soon as I can get my other contractors and the bathroom done. I'll add photos after things are done, if I can remember to do it.

So we wound up having to get our bathroom remodeled after our tub floor developed a crack. We wanted to do it years ago as we remodeled the rest of our home (long before the tub crack forced our hand), but horrific contractors with poor quality work scared us from doing more. We found statewide through Home Depot and were skeptical to say the least, but from the rep who sat with us to do the quote, the next rep who kept in contact to keep us updated on when the project would start and end to the team that did the install. we were blown away. Not only was everything done as promised, but the workers were on time every day preparing our home to ensure it was protected during the demo day. Then giving us a final project that my wife called “the best shower she’s ever had in her life”. Don’t question the choice, you found the company that should be doing your bathroom
