Super average service ans pathetic food. The gulab jamun was rotten and we were given Carrot Halwa as replacement which was spoilt as well. The hotel staff was too rude and unapologetic as if he dint care and blamed it completely on the kitchen staff saying “i dont know dont tell me about it.“ And the cleaning guy rushed in even when we were having our dessert, and literally dropped the cleaning plate and all the waste spilled on our body. Then he went to the other side holding the tray on top of our head to clean the rest of the table. We thought this was a good place but avoid this if you have other options.

Yesterday I Yesterday, I went to a hotel to get rava idly for my sick sister. I paid the amount for the idly and took the token to give to the parcel counter. The parcel staff were sweating heavily, and drops of sweat were falling into the food. They were not wearing head caps or hand gloves, and they were packing the idly using plastic covers. Even though I paid a high amount for the food, there was no proper hygiene maintained. They were handling the idly with dirty hands instead of using a spoon for dipping. It was very unhygienic and unpleasant. Nd Making idly by using Plastic cover..

Great experience good food with ambience & nice space around. I highly recommend the family to have good food & bond.
