Once paid they tell me “oh no refunds and put signs up.” Nobody in their right mind would commit to this if a sign was like this in your face. Other good reviews are their friends. Really dodgy and no sympathy for customers seeking help. Their resolve email hasn’t responded so stay away.

Carol ChanVery bad experience. I am a tourist and broke my phone screen accidentally. I saw this shop by chance when I went out from the Town Hall train station. I showed and asked a female staff whether my phone could be repaired and she said yes firmly. I definitely recalled that she said the fee was AUD350 and asked me to pay AUD100 deposit. On the next day when I picked up my phone, that female staff asked me to buy a protective screen and replace the back case. The total price of the two items were AU130 and she said she could offer me some discount. I asked for AUD 100 for two items and she said OK finally. When I made payment and confirmed whether I had to pay for AUD 350 as I have paid AUD 100 deposit. That female staff said no because the repairing fee is AUD 450. I told her that she said AUD 350 yesterday but she denied. I regretted that I have not asked her to mark down the remaining balance to be paid on the day before. I felt deceived by the shop. I also wondered why there was no pricing schedule for the service and products. Staff can quote whatever price they like.
