I had a very disappointing experience with this property agent in Dubai. The service was subpar, and their only focus seemed to be on securing a commission. Communication was poor – they didn’t respond to phone calls or messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property services.

I worked with an agent and team leader named Zayna and Nedal respectively, I found them to be very unprofessional, I was cheated by Nedal for just 2500 AED. He asked me to complete the property transaction and said he knew the buyer well and would not give him rental Cheques until my service fee is returned on prorata basis by the seller , but much to my surprise the buyer, Agent and Nedal disappeared after the transfer was completed. I have everything in writing, but as the amount is small, I decided to post this review to alert others who deal with these people. Please note that other agents in this company seem very knowledgeable and good. But there is a lack of leadership to resolve customer issues!
