We had an appointment booked for a shower valve replacement. We were told a time and date someone would be on site. They never showed up. Nor did they did not return our calls. Ghosted. We had to hire another plumber. Wont be calling this business again.

Called to get a quote on plumbing our pool equipment. Was informed by the owner that we could get it done that week. Owner came out last Tuesday and took pictures and said he would get back to us with a quote and should be able to do the job on Friday. I called on Wednesday to followup with the quote (leaving a message with the answering service) and they did not return the call. Would have been nice to receive a call if not interested in the job or couldn't get supplies instead of having the customer wait and wonder what is happening.
