Got testing done and was told they would call within 48 hours to send prescription. I got my lab results but no prescription sent. i was in horrible pain trying to get in touch with them all day and never once heard back. i had to have urgent care send in a prescription because they forgot to do their job!! worst minute clinic in minnesota.

The staff is super nice and great. But the wait time isn't fun. Can wait 15-20 minutes after your scheduled time if there people ahead of you which there usually always is. If you have more than one concern or issue you need to make another appointment. Which is understandable so they don't get behind time but it is a little annoying they don't space out their visits better to leave enough time for each patient without running into another scheduled time. Otherwise they are convenient for birth control and a quick check up if you dont want to wait for your primary care to be available and normally can schedule same day or next day appointments.

I saw Melissa Baumgart for an infection in my finger and she got me an on an antibiotic right away. I thought she was great. I mentioned that I felt bad about not washing and bleeding out the infection right away to avoid a problem in the first place. What I appreciate most is that she explained to me why I did not have to feel bad about that, as the wound may have gotten infected no matter what I had done. She also explained what would have happened had I not come in. This is important because sometimes you wonder if maybe it was not necessary to go to the doctor. By that night I could see she was right, as the infection was fast moving. While I was there I took the opportunity to ask her about other questions I had and I found that she has a wealth of knowledge. I notice many of the negative comments here have to do with confusion about appointment hours. I would suggest making an appointment on-line a few hours in advance, as I did, to avoid scheduling problems.
