My father was admitted here for 3 days before and after hip replacement surgery, and the nurses and staff were attentive as could be. We did feel the hospital was a little understaffed, but family members were able to rotate and take shifts to stay with my father during visiting hours.

This hospital & their doctors ( nurses) go above and beyond for patients. I took my brother there 3/23/25 for a hand infection from chemical. They did all different test etc. He was admitted to do a surgery whereas Queens General hospital send him home with burn gel and motrin. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Terrible nurse service. I visited for a simple glucose IV, but the nursing staff was careless and unprofessional. Poor handling and lack of attention made the experience stressful and unsafe. Not acceptable for a hospital setting.
