My daughter engaged the company to fix a upvs window with ventilator and paid Rs 4304 . The model provided by the company had an inbuilt exhaust fan. However the actual window fixed by them was WITHOUT the built-in fan . The window had a square hole . When complained the company said that I have to purchase a fan and get it fixed through an Electrician. The company nonchalantly asked me " Did we ever say that the fan will be provided by the Company? " They did not inform me that No fan will be provided ! Cheats . I will take this matter to "X" and also to Consumer Redressal Forum if they did not provide the Fan within a week . I have informed the company in their website "Feedback" .
